​1. Service Area  & Travel Fees

Lady Notary LLC provides notary public services and related administrative support. All services are subject to availability and applicable state and local laws. We reserve the right to refuse service where permitted by law. All service prices include 10-miles of travel, from Dickinson, TX 77539, and anything over 10 miles is $0.70 per mile.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its operation or security.

3. Appointments & Payments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, email, or via text message. Fees for services will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the appointment. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, and cash. Missed or cancelled appointments may be subject to fees, if not given 24 hours notice of scheduled appointment. If a customer refuses notary services, payment for travel is expected.​ A waiting time fee of $10 will apply for every 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Clients must ensure all required documents are ready for notarization at the time of the appointment. The notary cannot provide legal advice or assist with document preparation.​​
