Service Description

Lady Notary LLC provides professional mobile loan signing services throughout League City, Friendswood, Webster, Dickinson, Alvin, and Texas City, Texas. As a certified Notary Signing Agent, I ensure loan documents are executed accurately and efficiently, helping borrowers, title companies, and lenders complete smooth and reliable real estate closings. By appointment Price Includes:  Printing of up to 100 electronic pages  60-minute session  Title company coordination  Travel of 20 miles round trip from 77539  Professional notary administrative service fee  Services Available on Weekends Additional Fees:  Travel and non-closing fee $75 (This fee is due if the notary travels to the location and the borrower refuses to sign or is not present at the designated location for the scheduled appointment.)

Cancellation Policy

Booking an Appointment To secure your appointment, please select a date and time that works best for you. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation with all the details of your booking. We ask that you provide as much detail as possible about your needs to help us prepare for your appointment. Confirmation and Communication You will receive an email confirmation immediately after booking. If you do not receive this email, please contact us to ensure your appointment was successfully scheduled. We will also send a reminder a day before your appointment. Cancellations and Rescheduling We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Arrivals Please make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible. We may need to reschedule your appointment if your delay impacts our schedule for other clients. No-Show Policy Appointments that are missed without any prior notification will be charged travel fees. This policy helps us maintain a reliable schedule and continue to provide the best service to all of our clients. Pricing Policy Please be aware that your base price covers the notarial service for one document and one signer.
